About Me
I’m Tim Mentel. Here to Help Homeowner Associations Build Their Projects.
Tim has been a Project Manager for close to two decades. He obtained PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2008 and has worked in project management since 2003. He has guided all types and sizes of projects to successful completion within budget and on schedule. His projects have been in the public sector with the Columbus Regional Airport Authority, and as part of a private consulting firms with RDM International and CCI Engineering Services. For Association Management, Tim is on the Board of his condo association and was Board President at his prior home. He served as chair of the Association Engineering Committee. He founded HOA Project Management Resources to help Associations with managing, scheduling, and executing projects.
